Balsamic vinegar from Modena, Italy; capers from Mediterranean
countries as well as premium whole peeled tomatoes from Italy
and a comprehensive range of olives and olive oils from Greece,
Italy and other European countries. We also carry a complete
range of high quality couverture chocolates from Belgium.

Pacific Rim cuisine is growing in popularity every day. Much
more than just Chinese take away is now demanded by the
average restaurant patron. Menu excitement is a necessity, and
quality is a must. Thai, Japanese, Chinese and Indian cooking
are just a few cooking styles that are supported by the extensive
range of Pacific Rim specialties. From nori paper to rice wine
vinegar, kecap-menis to salted blackbeans. From dry noodles
