Truffle Paste>>
This delicious paste is made from a combination of mushrooms
and white or black truffle. Traditionally truffles come from Alba but they
also grow in other areas of northern and central Italy. Its taste is quite
unusual but veryversatile. It matches well with pasta
dishes, rice, red meat, and excellent with game!
Truffle omelette
Ingredients:
4 persons 8 eggs
30gr grated cheese
200gr white Truffle paste
1 teaspoon of butter
Salt and freshly crushed black pepper
