Our tomatoes come fromItaly, Campania region.
Campani people have been growing tomatoes there
since the 18 th century. The products which come from
this region are recognised as the highest in quality
throughout the world!

Pasta with tomatoes and fresh basil

Ingredients:
500 grams of spaghetti
500 grams of chopped tomatoes
½ spoon of brown sugar
1 tablespon of olive oil
2 cloves garlic crushed
Sea salt and pepper for taste
Fresh basil

Method:
In a pan add oil and tomatoes and garlic, add sugar and salt and pepper and cook over a med heat for
10min. Heat a large pot over highheat and cook your paste until is “al dente” Drain your pasta and add
it to the tomato sauce then add the fresh basil leaves and extra virgin olive oil. Buon Appetito!
